Scholl Party Feet™ Invisible Gel Cushions help to reduce pressure by imitating the foot’s natural fat pad, which cushions the bones and spreads the pressure over a wider area.
Peel the protective film off the cushion and place the cushion into the front of the shoe, with the adhesive side down and the narrower end of the cushion pointing towards the heel. If you can feel the cushion under your toes then it is positioned too far forward

If the cushions start to lose their adhesion, simply hand wash them with mild soap in lukewarm water
